The presentation time for each oral presentation is different.
Please confirm the detailed program on AMAMS 2017 website.

Presentation with computer

To avoid technical problems, all presenters are asked to use the Microsoft Power Point® (2013 or lower) and Media Player® (ver. 11.0 or lower). The conference hall will be equipped with a single LCD projector for all presentations. If you have any files that are not compatible with Window XP®, Window 7® and Window 10®, you are cordially asked to bring your own laptop for your presentation. If you have any special presentation requests including using your own laptop, please be sure to inform the Secretariat by 7 November 2017. We will reply to your request whether it is available or not.

Submission of your presentation materials

Please save your presentation material on a USB memory device, and present it to the staff at least one day before your presentation at the conference hall individually.
The technical staffs will assist you for easy access to your presentation file and check every material’s operation.

Prompt attendance at the session

All presenters are asked to be in the session room at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session, so that you may make acquaintance with the chairs and other speakers. Please note that you may stay within the schedule. The chairs have been instructed to ask all speakers to adhere to this limit.
